Additional Room Request

Any additional rooms requested beyond the confirmed blockage will be subject to availability. The new minimum guaranteed room blocked would be, then, increased according to the revised blockage.

The room charges for the additional booking will be subject to the hotel “Best Available Rate” at the point of request.

We will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving prior to 2.00 pm.  Rooms to be guaranteed

for early arrival will have to be booked 1 day prior. Please note that rooms occupied until 6.00 pm will

be charged a 50% of the room rate and full rate will apply for late check-out beyond 6.00 pm .

Procedure for Accommodation

We would encourage rooms blocked for this event to be picked up via Reslink (website reservation link) or e-rooming list at least 21 working days prior to the event.  In the event of `no show’ of number of rooms agreed, room charges will be levied.                                                                                                                                                                 

Guestroom Attrition

Period	Terms of Slippage
With 60 days prior to group arrival	Rooms reduced in excess of 10% of the actual room block will be charged for 1 night.
With 45 days prior to group arrival	Rooms reduced in excess of 10% of the actual room block will be charged for 1 night.
With 30 days prior to group arrival	Rooms reduced in excess of 10% of the actual room block will be charged for 1 night.
With 15 days prior to group arrival	Any rooms reduced from the revised room block will be charged for one (1) night.
No Show Policy	In the event of “NO SHOW ”, one (1) night room charge will apply to the participants’ credit card or on the master account.
